RETURN POLICY If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your floral order, please advise Mint Flowers immediately on receiving the delivery. The condition of the flowers can then be assessed. No refunds will be guaranteed, but we will consider requests on a case by case basis.

TERMS OF SERVICE Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online, and add any bouquets of gifts that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Cart' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept any debit of credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of New Zealand, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own local currency.

Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.

Should the flower (or flowers) ordered not be available due to reasons beyond Mint Flowers Ltd control (seasonal variety, failure of grower to supply, late shipment), another flower variety will be substituted at Mint Flowers Ltd discretion. Seasonal flowers will be used in all our bouquets.


We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times.

Delivery Schedule Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday and 10am Saturdays New Zealand time for Nelson NZ delivery will be delivered on the same day if required.
Orders received after this time are generally delivered the following day.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note must be received before same day cut off time shown above).
Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. Online deliveries can only be in Nelson. To send flowers throughout New Zealand and overseas please telephone.

If the recipient is not at home, the flowers will be left at the property somewhere out of direct sun and visibility from the road. If no where is suitable, the flowers can be left with a neighbour if they accept the responsibility or will be returned to Mint flowers shop. A card will be left for the recipient to tell them where to pick up the flowers either from the neighbour or the shop.

Mint Flowers Florist are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left.

PRIVACY POLICY Tax Charges Orders are inclusive.We take your privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We follow the procedures set out in this policy when using your information.

The information you provide will be held on a database may be accessed by our staff and by those who provide support services to us. We may also share it with third parties such as banking / merchant services and third party suppliers where necessary to provide services to you. We use third party suppliers to provide some of our products and your order contact details (but not your credit / debit card or financial details) shall be passed to those relevant third party suppliers for the purpose of delivery of your order.

Where you permit it we may also use your personal information and may allow selected third parties to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you. Where you have agreed that we may pass your information on to third parties by clicking on the option boxes when ordering your products through the website, we or they may contact you about these by e-mail, mail, telephone or other means. We may pass aggregate information on the usage of our Website to third parties but this will not include information that can be used to identify you.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the European Economic Area (other than to fulfil your order) we will obtain your consent prior to such transfer.
